NLC4 Roundtable: Tech and Opportunity

As we move away from traditional outlets of information, which at often times are prohibitive—either in cost or time—other resources such as online adds, YouTube, social media, and more, are now at our disposal. Often, these new resources and outlets are less expensive, less time consuming to use, and can better target our audience.

Technology as a provider of opportunity

As such, these new mediums, devices, and outlets can serve to provide opportunity to the business owner who is launching their first venture, to the activists seeking expertise from experts nationwide, to the candidate running for office with odds stacked against him or her based on the opponent’s resources, and many other individuals.

In this panel we will discuss some of the resources that are effectively working to “level the playing field”, their efficacy, and where we find ourselves today when it comes to various platforms.

We will be hearing from Ben Resnick, Communications Director for; Jason Rosenbaum, Elections and Advocacy for Google; and Caitlin Frazier, Director, Social Media, CAP Action.

Lunch will be provided. Space is limited, please rsvp today.
